Entry into CRHS Sixth Form will generally be through the GCSE gateway of 5 A*-C including English and Maths. We do offer a facility to re-sit either English or Maths for students who might need it; this will mean some limited refresh teaching of these subjects plus and expectation that students would take these re-sits in addition to their A Level studies. The nature of A Level courses have changed recently with AS completely decoupled from A2. This means that the vast majority of them are two year A2 courses with a large emphasis on terminal exams in the summer term of Year 13. If your level 2/GCSE qualifications included BTEC or ASDAN Cope which were continuously assessed, we would look at your entry into Sixth Form on a case by case basis.
